    "The work that was done was excellent. The people working in service were wonderful. The fact that I made an appointment for my oil change a week before and still waited 2 hours was a little irritating. I came from an hour away and figured there would be coffee and granola bars in the waiting area as there usually are, so I skipped breakfast thinking I'd only be there an hour.
